Generates documentation for a language-specific IPA category under Kategorija:Strani z IPA, which is added by {{IPA}}. See Category:Pages with English IPA for an example.

If this is given, the category is categorized not under Kategorija:Strani z IPA but in "Kategorija:Strani z [input] IPA".

no to suppress categorization into Kategorija:Strani z IPA.
