I'm a sysop on cs:wiki and I would like to have the User:Mercy account usurped for SUL purposes but I found out this user has already made some edits.

I requested deleting my global account because of bug #13507, so the usurpation should be working without problems.

Some time ago, I also contacted that particular user I wanted to usurp his username but there's still no reply.
